Attendee Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to hking@scsworx.com or mailed to SMD Symposium, P.O. Box 69, Madison AL 35758 by the following dates: Postmarked by 26 July, registration fee less $50. No refunds after 26 July. Verbal cancellations cannot be accepted. If you are personally unable to attend but would like to transfer your registration to someone else, please email hking@scsworx.com to arrange the transfer.
