Exhibitor Refund and Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to SMD Symposium, PO Box 69, Madison AL 35758 by the following dates: Any fully paid booth cancelled by May 31 – 50% refund. No refunds after 31 May. Verbal cancellations cannot be accepted.
Patron and Sponsor Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be in writing, received and confirmed by the SMD Symposium sixty (60) days prior to the event. Contracts cancelled up to sixty (60) days of the event will be issued a refund. If sponsoring promotional items, once the contract is signed and the item is in production, there will be no refunds.
