Message from the Exhibits Chair

You are invited to exhibit at the 2026 Space and Missile Defense Symposium in Huntsville, Alabama. In 2025 the Symposium had over 300 exhibiting organizations and 9,250 attendees. This event provides you the opportunity to showcase your company’s technology and products to the Space and Missile Defense Command, Aviation and Missile Command, NASA, Corps of Engineers, the State of Alabama and other corporations.

Pricing

Exhibitor Standard Booth registration fee includes: 2 folding chairs, 6′ skirted table, 8′ draped back wall, 3′ draped side dividers and a 6″ x 24″ exhibitor i.d. sign. You are allowed to register as many workers for exhibitor badges as you need. The exhibit space cost does not include full conference registrations.

Deadlines

25 % discount if paid in full by 28 Feb 2026

Any fully paid booth cancelled by 31 May 2026 – 50% refund

After 31 May – no refund on cancellations

In order to pick up your Exhibitor Registration Package and Badge, you will have to present a government issued photo identification card (i.e., Driver’s License, Active Military ID Card, Retired Military ID Card, Government Employee ID Card, Retired Government Employee ID Card, NASA Employee ID Card, retired NASA Employee ID Card, State Government ID Card, or Badge for Redstone Arsenal, the Pentagon, or other Military Installations).

Attendees to the SMD Conference will be provided with a Symposium guide, which will include a very brief description of your company. Each exhibitor who wishes to be included in the guide must provide us with a company synopsis in 50 words or less. This synopsis will also be utilized in the interactive online floor plan. In order to facilitate the production of this guide, we would appreciate receiving this information no later than 15 June 2026. Please register your exhibit workers on the main registration page of the website. If you do not have your exhibit workers registered before online registration closes, individuals may register at the door during the conference.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and may be emailed to hking@scsworx.com or mailed to SMD Symposium, PO Box 69, Madison AL 35758 by the following dates: Any fully paid booth cancelled by May 31 – 50% refund. No refunds after 31 May 2026. Verbal cancellations cannot be accepted.

In the event that the SMD Symposium is cancelled, the payment to SMD Symposium for the purchase of a booth space will be fully refunded.

If you are personally unable to attend but would like to transfer your registration to someone else, you may do so for a $50 transfer fee. To arrange a transfer, please email hking@scsworx.com or call SCS at (256) 461-8815.
