Exhibit Pricing, Payment and Deadlines
Exhibitor Standard Booth registration fee includes: 2 folding chairs, 6′ skirted table, 8′ draped back wall, 3′ draped side dividers and a 6″ x 24″ exhibitor i.d. sign.
Up to 100 sq. ft. – $14.00/sq. ft.
200-400 sq. ft. – $13.50/sq. ft.
500-600 sq. ft. – $13.00/sq. ft.
Over 600 s. ft. – $12.50/sq. ft.
100-200 sq. ft. – $3.25/sq. ft.
300 sq. ft. – $3.00/sq. ft.
400-600 sq. ft. – $2.75/sq. ft.
Over 600 s. ft. – $2.50/sq. ft.

Early Registration and Payment
There will be a 25% discount if you register at the SMD Conference AND Pay in Full by 28 February. This discount is for Industry exhibitors only. All unpaid early registered exhibits may be cancelled if unpaid 30 April. Registrations not paid by 14 July will increase in cost by 25%. Make checks payable to SMD Symposium.
• 10% deposit due Jan. 31 – non-refundable
• 25% discount if paid in full by Feb. 28
• Payment in full due by April 30
• Any fully paid booth cancelled by May 31 – 50% refund
• After May 31 – no refund on cancellations
In order to pick up your Exhibitor Registration Package and Badge, you will have to present a government issued photo identification card (i.e., Driver’s License, Active Military ID Card, Retired Military ID Card, Government Employee ID Card, Retired Government Employee ID Card, NASA Employee ID Card, retired NASA Employee ID Card, State Government ID Card, or Badge for Redstone Arsenal, the Pentagon, or other Military Installations).
Attendees to the SMD Symposium will be provided with a Symposium guide, which will include a very brief description of your company. Each exhibitor who wishes to be included in the guide must provide us with a company synopsis in 50 words or less. This synopsis will also be utilized in the interactive online floor plan. In order to facilitate the production of this guide, we would appreciate receiving this information no later than 14 June 2018. Names of all exhibitors and possible alternatives must be submitted by 1 August 2017. Names may be entered online. If you do not have your names entered online, individuals may register at the door during the conference.
All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to email@example.com or mailed to SMD Symposium, PO Box 69, Madison AL 35758 by the following dates: Any fully paid booth cancelled by May 31 – 50% refund. No refunds after 31 May. Verbal cancellations cannot be accepted.
In the event that the SMD Symposium is cancelled, the payment to SMD Symposium for the purchase of a booth space will be fully refunded.
If you are personally unable to attend but would like to transfer your registration to someone else, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the transfer.
