All sponsorship opportunities are on a first come, first-served basis. The deadline to purchase a sponsorship is 30 June. No refunds will be given after 30 June. The agreement is effective as of the date signed and shall remain effective until the event ends on August 18th or until terminated by either party.

Sponsor Refund Policy:

All requests for refunds must be in writing, received and confirmed by the SMD Symposium sixty (60) days prior to the event. Contracts cancelled up to sixty (60) days of the event will be issued a refund. If sponsoring promotional items, once the contract is signed and the item is in production, there will be no refunds.

Signage at the break stations located throughout the South Hall and East Hall at the morning and afternoon breaks.

Broadcast of corporate sponsors occurs during breaks.

This sponsorship includes the production of 1,440 bottles of water with your company’s logo and will be available at self-service kiosks during the Symposium. Each sponsor’s logo will be displayed at the kiosks and each kiosk will have a supply of each sponsor’s water bottle each day. The sponsor will be noted in the Symposium Guide.
