Mr. Michael C. Monteleone

Mr. Michael C. Monteleone was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in August 2018. He currently serves as the Director for the National Capital Region for the Transformation and Training Command (T2COM) in the Pentagon, working directly with Army and Department of War (DoW) leadership to accelerate the Army’s modernization and transformation efforts. In this role, Mr. Monteleone represents the T2COM commander’s priorities to achieve strategic results and integrate command equities.

Prior to this assignment, Mr. Monteleone was the Director for the All-Domain Sensing (ADS) Cross- Functional Team. His work narrowed capability gaps to enable multi-sensor dominance, an integrated sensing architecture, advanced processing and dissemination, and operational enablers such as Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (APNT) and Electromagnetic Warfare (EW).
