Chief Warrant Officer Five (CW5) Noel Del Real assumed his current duties as the Command Chief Warrant Officer for the 32d Army Air and Missile Defense Command in October 2022. He initially enlisted in the U.S. Army as a 14T, Patriot Launching Station Enhanced Operator/Maintainer, and was appointed an Air Defense Artillery Warrant Officer in 2007 upon graduation from the Warrant Officer Candidate School.
He holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California, a Master of Engineering from the University of Kansas, a Master of Arts, and a Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security from American Military University. His technical certifications include graduation from the Patriot Top Gun course, the Air Defense Artillery Fire Control Officer (ADAFCO) course, and the Fundamentals of Acquisitions Management course. He has completed all levels of Warrant Officer Professional Military Education and was selected and completed the Command and General Staff Course (CGSC).

CW5 Del Real is from El Paso, Texas. He is married to the former Mercedes Del Real of Austin, Texas, and they have four children: Mia, Jacob, Camila, and Benjamin.
